Kathy Mack’s Market Tote…her pattern is coming out soon!
Kathy Mack’s Mail Sack pattern.
Since returning to sewing nearly two years ago, one of my favorite places to visit online is Pink Chalk Fabrics. The owner of Pink Chalk, Kathy Mack, seems like such a lovely woman. She’s the kind of woman you just want to know- interesting and cool, but also normal and down-to-earth. When not blogging, sewing and running her shop, she designs patterns. Her sensibility is really fresh and clean. Her blog is fun and inspiring. I have long been drooling over her Mail Sack and Market Tote patterns and I have learned a lot looking at her perfect crisp points and helpful tutorials.
I sent Kathy an email telling her about my new line of patterns and I was so excited and honored when she actually placed an order. So here they are…my patterns on her site…click here to go see. Forgive me for sharing…I know this is only exciting to me…but I am so happy and grateful.
And then just today I got a call from a stranger saying she saw my patterns online and that she’d like to place an order. “Ok, what is the name of your shop?” I asked. And she said, “Fat Quarter Shop.” “The Fat Quarter Shop? The online Fat Quarter Shop? The one I have visited a million times?” I stammered. “Yes,” Kimberly laughed. Yippee!!!
You can also buy my patterns at my wonderful local fabric shop, Bernina Connection.
Congrats! That is an honor 🙂 I love both pink chalk and fat quarter shop…way to go!
OMG! What exciting news!! I’m not surprised though because your patterns are amazing!! I can’t wait to make my puppets!!
